Our 2024 theme for sermons and
worship focuses on "Holy Friendships"
Rebecca McLaughlin describes it well
in her book “No Greater Love.”
We often focus on friendship and think of those closest to us first. But friendships for all are like a conductor with an orchestra, we don’t just need the first and second violin. We also need the triangle, which chimes in at the perfect time. And rather than assuming we’re the center of the story, we must recognize that every member of our orchestra is also a conductor, and the piece each one of us is trying to play is not our own; it’s one composed for us by God himself. We are not to just gather friends for our own pleasure. Rather, we are called to join in Jesus’ relational ensembles and pursue His re-creative mission in this world.
Join us as we enjoy and share God's love through our relationship with him and one another.
